How rounds work
- A new round starts. The Beat Price is snapshotted from the live feed.
- Traders buy UP or DOWN shares during the round.
- Clock hits zero. Final price vs Beat Price determines the winner.
- Next round starts immediately. No downtime.
There's a live countdown on every market. As it nears expiry, the system pre-fetches the next round's data so the transition is seamless.

Every market surface shows:
- 24h Volume — rolling daily volume
- Total Volume — all-time cumulative
- Tick Size — minimum price increment
- Min Order Size — floor per order
- Neg-Risk — whether it uses negative risk variant contracts
Past markets overlay
Toggle Past Markets on the chart to see colored zones for previous rounds. Green zones where UP won, red where DOWN won. Good for spotting streaks and mean-reversion setups.
Round browser
The crypto header carries a 3-across strip: the most recent past round on the left, the LIVE round in the middle (flashing red), and the next upcoming round on the right. Use the chevrons to step through the last 24 hours of rounds, or open the center-card dropdown to jump anywhere. Selecting a past round puts the chart into a read-only view of that round; selecting a future round shows a countdown until it opens. See Rounds & Browser.
